Is Grande Prairie expensive?
Grande Prairie is more expensive than Edmonton or Calgary, but cheaper than Fort McMurray or Fort Nelson. It is definitely not booming like it was a few years ago, so housing prices have come down a little, though not what they should have considering the drop in employment opportunities and wages.
